MLM sponsoring is an art. It's an art that every Networker must perfect in order to make a full time income in the industry. Whether you like it or not, you must sponsor people on a regular basis if you want to see great results.

There is just no way you can sponsor two people and make millions in this industry. Perhaps if you sponsor 20 people who all sponsor 500 people, you might be able to make a million. The money is not in sponsoring, it's in duplication.

That is where so many people go wrong. They all focus on sponsoring more and more personal reps. There is way more money in sponsoring a couple of reps and teaching them how to do the same. Otherwise having team trainings, tools, presentations and a marketing system is needed. You cannot personally train more than 20 people at one time. Anyway, back to how you can actually sponsor people.

Sponsoring is an art which you will master as you talk to more people. Sponsoring is really easy once you learn how to talk to people. You need to feed people what they want. Most people want to earn a full time income, work from home and they want immediate results. If you can't give people what they want, you're probably not going to sponsor many people.

People want step by step instructions on what to do. They want proven results, lots of training and fast cash. You need to develop a system which can assist your reps with those things. Then, just fire up a conversation with someone offline or online and ask them if they would like to make more money. If they do, tell them they can make an unlimited income and send them to a presentation you need to record. You also need a website for that, and maybe an autoresponder, but that's out of the context of this article.

Then call those people who watched your presentation. Following up over the phone is crucial. Ask them what they liked and how much money they want to make. Tell them to go signup, be a little pushy. People need to be told what to do, they generally can't think for themselves. Tell them on the phone to go visit your link and signup while you're on the phone with them. Eight out of ten people should signup if they make it that far. Otherwise, just move on to the next person.
